What We Do
Our quarterly treatments take care of spiders, ants, wasps, wood roaches, beetles, and rodents for a one-time charge every three months. If any of these critters happen to wander back onto your property within these three months, we’ll come back and handle them at no extra charge.Â

Although every treatment is usually different depending on your needs, this quarterly service normally starts with an outside yard spray around the perimeter, which is about 15-20 feet out. Then we go up the side of your house to cut down on spiders and ants at the base and wasps in the eaves of your house.
If you want it, we’ll also go inside, and spray around your baseboards. We put glue boards throughout the inside to cut down brown recluse and black widow spiders. After all, you definitely don’t want to see those things crawling around on the floor.

For example, we know that as it gets colder, rodents and wood roaches look for an indoor shelter. And in the spring, we know that rain will drive ants in, and during summer, the wasps will build nests in the eaves.
After a few quarters, we’ll have all of your pest problems under control. Going forward, we treat with the goal of keeping the pest problems out of your property for good!
