These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of pest control services provided by The Pest Detective (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

The Company provides residential and commercial pest control services, including subscription-based quarterly pest treatments and targeted pest removal. Specific services may vary based on location, pest type, and seasonal conditions.

2. Service Areas

We currently operate from offices in Conway, Arkansas and Fayetteville, Arkansas, with service available across the entire state of Arkansas. As the Company expands, additional service areas may be added.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Services are scheduled based on availability. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred times.

Customers must provide accurate contact information for scheduling.

4. Subscription Plans

Quarterly subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled by the customer with at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Subscription pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ advance notice.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service or in advance for subscription plans.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other approved payment systems.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to the property.

Customers agree to follow recommended steps for effective treatment (e.g., sanitation, sealing entry points).

The Company is not liable for pre-existing structural damage caused by pests.

7. Service Limitations & Guarantee

While we use industry best practices, results may vary depending on infestation severity and customer cooperation.

Follow-up visits may be required for certain pests. Our guarantee covers re-treatment for covered pests within the service period but does not cover structural damage repairs.

8. Liability

The Company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products, lack of customer cooperation, or conditions outside our control (such as weather or environmental factors).

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if services were not performed as agreed.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our website forms, by calling our business, or by scheduling services with us, you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Pest Detective related to your service requests.

These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations

• Service reminders

• Technician arrival notifications

• Service updates

• Responses to customer inquiries

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.

For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information listed below.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS messaging services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas.
